ZTM-C1000/1300/1600 HIGH SPEED FILM LABEL SLITTING MACHINE
Uses:
The machine applies to slit cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PE, PS, PVC and computer security labels, electronic computers, optical materials, film roll, aluminum foil roll,and laminated, coated materials etc. all kinds film with print or without printed various materials, etc.
Main mechanical configuration:
1.Entire machine's controlled by PLC, man-machine interface touch screen operation. unwinder and rewinders in same side, easy for operator working.
2.Unwind adopts Taiwan magnetic powder brake, material's constant tension control is automatically controlled by load cell and PLC.
3.Traction rollers are driven by 1 servo motor. Achieve constant linear velocity control and effectively cut off rewind and unwind tension's intervened.
4.Rewind adopts 2pc servo motors , automatic tension is from PLC's calculating.
5.Equipped with automatic rewind material's pushing by robot arm.
6.Unwind lift adopts hydraulic & pneumatic auto loading which can save much labor force and shorten time.
7.EPC&LPC makes material's slitting edge smooth and accurate.
8.The feature of machine is stable, security, efficient etc.
